We've been using Sentry products since about mid 1994. We were introduced to the product because I was working with a Naval Special Warfare group in San Diego. A gentleman down there who was the head of their Test & Research Department introduced me to the product TUF-CLOTH. That was what he showed me at the time. He told me "that it was the absolute best product that they had ever found to prevent their guns & weapons from being corroded by salt water exposure & he said " Ernie, this is the product you guys should check out for your knives."
We're in a position where our knives are used by probably the hardest user end group in the world, and being in that position our customers don't want the best product, they demand the best product. That is the reason that we use Tuf-Cloth and Sentry Solutions on all of our knives - every one that goes out the door has got it on the blade and on the inside for lubrication and we've never had any complaints on our products and part of that reason is that we are using Tuf-Cloth and TUF-GLIDE on it and so we're going to be using it as long as we're making knives.

It has been in the region of five years now that we have been including one of the sample size TUF-CLOTH in with every One Piece Knife. This association has been a very good one for us for a number of reasons but the most important is that the Tuf-Cloth works so well!! We make our One Piece Knives from A2 tool steel, which is not considered a fully stainless steel. Even though the finished knives are coated with KG GunKote™, there is still some potential for corrosion and by supplying the Tuf-Cloth, we are giving our customers the best in corrosion resistant treatment.

We tested the product, liked it and recommend it with sale of our knives. It's probably one of the best rust inhibitor's that we've ever seen. Easy to use, it is convenient. There is not a lot of debris that is attracted because it's a dust free solution as opposed to having an oily residue so that the knife stays nice and clean and yet inhibits rust, nice lubricant along with it! We recommend that all of our customers consider Sentry Solutions Products especially the TUF-CLOTH. We think it's a marvelous product, we think you should try it.

We found carbon will make knives cut well but it also will make them rust. We needed a product that we could use during production to treat the knives so we wouldn't have any corrosion problems till we got our product to the customer and we needed something to recommend to the customer after they got the product. Sentry Solutions Tuf-Cloth and TUF-GLIDE does the best job of any product we've ever used. Completely dry, doesn't collect debris, gets into the workings of the knife, keeps the customer from having to take them apart to clean all the time. We are completely satisfied with the products.
