All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service from NH USA, tax free. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, holidays and weekends excluded. Shipping and any Handling charges will be added to the Order total. Our minimum shipping charge is $5.00, after our minimum is met we charge exactly what UPS charges us, we do not mark-up shipping costs. All Special Prices are for shipments within the Continental United States. Some Special Discounts have limited quantities available.
Domestic and International Transportation regulations affect shipment of orders containing SMOOTH-KOTE and TUF-GLIDE. Shipment options are limited by such regulations. Air shipment of certain orders are subject to Government imposed surcharges ($30-$50), making shipping costs much more expensive.

Changes & Returns :
You can make changes to orders that have not yet entered the shipping process. Any changes you make may affect the estimated delivery date for your order. No changes can be made to any order once it has entered the shipping process.
When items are in stock, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. Because of this, we are unable to cancel items that are being processed for shipping. However, our Customer Service Department will be happy to assist you if you want to return any portion of your order once it is received. You will need to contact Customer Service info@sentrysolutions.com for a return authorization.
If you find problems when you receive your order, please ensure the packing list corresponds to the order contents. If you find there is an error (yours or ours), contact us immediately or no more than 10 days after you receive the order. If the error is Sentry Solutions, no restocking charge will be assessed to you, unless the returned merchandise has been held over 30 days, or is used or damaged. If you have ordered the wrong items and would like to return them please contact Customer Service info@sentrysolutions.com for a return authorization. You may be assessed a re-stocking fee and you may be charged for return shipping.
