Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, holidays and weekends excluded. Shipping and Handling charges will be added to the Order total. Our minimum shipping charge is $5.00, after our minimum is met we charge exactly what UPS charges us, we do not mark-up shipping costs. All Special Prices are for shipments within the Continental United States. Some Special Discounts have limited quantities available.

Domestic and International Transportation regulations affect shipment of orders containing SMOOTH-KOTE and TUF-GLIDE. Shipment options are limited by such regulations. Air shipment of specific orders are subject to Government imposed surcharges ($30-$50), making shipping costs much more expensive.

Changes & Returns:

You can make changes to orders that have not yet entered the shipping process. Any changes you make may affect the estimated delivery date for your order. No changes can be made to any order once it has entered the shipping process.

When items are in stock, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. Because of this, we are unable to cancel items that are being processed for shipping. However, our Customer Service Department will be happy to assist you if you want to return any portion of your order once it is received. You will need to contact us here for a return authorization.

If you find problems when you receive your order, please ensure the packing list corresponds to the order contents. If you find there is an error (yours or ours), contact us immediately or no more than 10 days after you receive the order. If the error is Sentry Solutions, no restocking charge will be assessed to you, unless the returned merchandise has been held over 30 days, or is used or damaged. If you have ordered the wrong items and would like to return them please contact us here for a return authorization. You may be assessed a re-stocking fee and you may be charged for return shipping.

Viewing SentrySolutions.com without a Log In - Visiting Anonymously. Using our website without signing in (visiting anonymously)- we do not collect any personally identifiable information. Our web server logs the visit information- IP addresses including, but not limited to length of visit, domain, subnet, pages visited, etc.

Viewing SentrySolutions.com with a Log In - Visitor placing Orders at Sentry Solutions Online Store. For a visitor to use the registered or member areas of our site, they must provide personally identifiable information so our online staff can communicate with them regarding online orders. This information includes, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, e-mail address, home address, and shipping address.

We Do Not Share Your Information. We do not share your information with anyone outside Sentry Solutions unless it is a request that is in the interest of the law or certified government agencies (e.g. subpoena or legal reasons). We share your information internally at Sentry Solutions for the sole purpose of processing your order.

Cookies - Why we use them. SentrySolutions.com uses single-session cookies. These are needed to offer features such as, but not limited to, online ordering, stored shopping carts, and credit card payment. A stay resident cookie is set if you select the Remember Me option during sign-in. that stores your login id if you have selected the Remember Me option during the sign-in process.
